PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES

SHEET METAL FORMING DEPARTMENT

Within our company, sheet metal parts with thicknesses ranging from 0.8 to 5.0 mm and widths up to 600 mm are formed using eccentric presses with capacities between 60-400 tons and hydraulic presses with capacities between 100-250 tons, with table dimensions up to 1400x850x650 mm.

CNC PIPE FORMING DEPARTMENT

Our company has 4 machines capable of CNC bending and shaping pipes with a maximum stroke length of 4600 mm, a maximum diameter of Ø38 mm, and a maximum angle of 190°. All machines are equipped with roller support. Additionally, pipe cutting operations up to Ø100 mm are also performed on our automated machines.

SPOT WELDING DEPARTMENT

Our company has 5 spot welding machines with power ratings ranging from 60-300 KVA, enabling us to perform spot welding work.

ROBOTIC APPLICATIONS DEPARTMENT

Our company has 5 robotic gas metal arc welding cells where gas metal arc welding operations are performed using product-specific welding fixtures.

OUR SPECIAL PROJECTS

Manufacturing of product-specific feeder mounting brackets for paint and assembly units.

TECHNICAL SERVICES

Our technical services department is responsible for all types of mold/jig design, drawing, creation of toolpaths for CNC machines, and creation of dimensional measurement surfaces. Mold designs are created entirely in three dimensions using Catia software. The formability of sheet metals is analyzed at the proposal stage, and mold designs are created based on these results.

PRODUCTION PLANNING

In the production planning department, studies aimed at optimal capacity utilization are carried out using ERPIS software, based on customer requests and sales targets. All processes, from material input to finished product, are planned and monitored.

PROJECT METHODOLOGY

For the parts we produce, APQP plans and PPAP files are created within the scope of the plan, starting from the quotation stage. All data obtained and planned during the production and inspection of the part are kept in product files and used during production.
