SHEET METAL FORMING DEPARTMENT
We can shape sheet metals in our company between thicknesses of 0,8 to 5,0 mm width. With presses max 1400x850x650 mm table dimensions. Eccentric 60-400 tonnes. Hydraulic 100-250 tonnes.
CNC TUBE BENDING DEPARTMENT
We are capable to bend and shape pipes within the range of max 4600 mm stroke lenght ,with max diameter 38 mm and max 190 degree. We have four CNC pipe bending machines with ROLLER supports. We have ROLLER plate bending in all CNC pipe bending machines in our company. In addition,we are capable to cut pipes within the range of 100 mm in diameter in automatic machines.
SPOT WELDING DEPARTMENT
We have five spot welding machines that are capable to perform between 60 to 300 KVA.
We are capable to perform MIG/MAG welding with five robotic system.
We are capable to make painting and assembly mechanisms for special products.

We have achieved IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-2:2018 certificates after successfully satisfying production and quality requirements according to customer oriented total quality management system with contribution of our employees
Our design office is responsible from die & fixture designs and their technical drawings and creating surfaces for 3-D dimensional measurements. 3D Catia is used to design those production equipments.
General production planning activities and applications for customer programs,sales targets and optimal using of the production capacity are realized by using our ERP: the ERPIS system software. By using this data processing system ,all work cycles, starting from arrival of raw materials to shipment of finished product is followed and planned carefully.
APQP planning is performed at the beginning of quotation for the parts which will be produced and the PPAP files are created according to project planning. All knowledge which are gained during production supervision and inspections of the outputs and parts, are collected in their product files to use during production.
